ORGANISATIONAL WORK

That was incredible. Everything I’ve been thinking and feeling was laid out in one complete image. It’s suddenly so clear.

Constellations can be like x-ray lenses for getting under organisational issues. They're also like dynorod for clearing blocks within teams and facilitating positive movements. It's an inspiring, non-invasive, low-demand process that produces immediate, tangible results.

For example, systemic work has been hugely impactful for:

  • A start-up wanting to align purpose, profit and people, and get set up for success

  • A small business that needs to optimise performance or adapt to changes as they grow

  • An organisation with a chronic, recurring issue

  • An organisation in a transition phase that needs perspective and foresight

If you’ve got an issue you’d like to look at through a systemic lens, get in contact. The process consists of three rough stages of assessment, practice and review which can happen in as little as three meetings. So far I’ve always seen powerful shifts, insights and increased flow for individuals and the whole system.

DISRUPTER / TEAL ORGANISATIONS

I followed Ricardo Semeler and Julian Richer when I started out in the 90s, and I'm newly inspired by Frederic Laloux's TEAL company vision. These progressive organisations are the most inspiring examples of what’s possible when human beings are free to self-organise under humane principles. They’re like mini-societies that demonstrate a beautiful, fundamental truth:

provide people with a meaningful purpose, treat them well, and they will:

  • self-organise in ways that produce breakthrough performance,

  • self-regulate in a way that serves others,

  • innovate like crazy,

    often beyond our expectations.

Big, established organisations are much less able to do this. I’m passionate about helping evolved entrepreneurs capitalise on this unique advantage, and to create genuinely radical and inspiring new organisations.

If you're in the arena and think I might be able to help, make contact. I'm happy to join your coaching/ consultation team and can also bring in excellent people who I've trained or worked with at different stages. Each has something unique to bring, according to case requirements.
